We want you to love your Smosh gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
